The Friends of Museum

The Friends of Museum is unformal association, founded by the private persons, organizations, and professional associations. They help Sombor's Museum mostly by collecting donations, making suggestions or being, in some other way, present in activities of this Institution.

Through many years this longstanding friends of Sombor's Museum cooperate with museum custidians, whatever if they are members, or not, in this unformal association. When Museum proclaims one for a Friend, it is considered as a special way of gratefulness. In that sence, this initiative wich came from Town Museum of Sombor has a pozitive attention toward spreading museum activity on exterior collaborators too.

Some of conveniences for the Friends of Museum are possibillties to visite the Permanent display of the Town Museum, the Gallery of the Contemporary Yugoslav art and all other exibitions for free, and to take two visitors by using a membership card. By using its possibilities, Museum will organize regular meeting of Friends of Museum and inform them about all occasional programs.

Currently, Museum proclaims its friends.
